Terms of sale

Last updated 24 September 2026.

  1. 1. Who you are buying from

Nawaweeb, an apparel label based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Phone and WhatsApp +91 95790 68571, email vaidandeayush.av@gmail.com. These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

  2. 2. Orders

Placing an order reserves the pieces for 24 hours. The order is accepted once we confirm your payment. If payment doesn't arrive in that time the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is owed.

  3. 3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full price, with no charges added at checkout beyond shipping. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more, otherwise ₹99. Payment is by UPI only. You pay from your own UPI app and give us the 12-digit reference number (UTR) so we can match it to your order.

  4. 4. Stock

Pieces are made in short runs. If a piece becomes unavailable after you have paid, we tell you and refund it in full.

  5. 5. Delivery

We ship within India. Orders leave Lucknow within two working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery estimates are the courier’s and aren’t guaranteed.

  6. 6. Exchanges and returns

Size exchanges are free within seven days of delivery if the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its tags on. Limited runs can be exchanged for size but not returned for a refund. Other pieces can be returned within seven days on the same conditions; return shipping is paid by you unless the piece was faulty or wrong.

  7. 7. Refunds

Refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from, usually within five working days of us approving them.

  8. 8. Handmade details

Chikankari is worked by hand, so stitch placement and density vary slightly from piece to piece. That is not a defect.

  9. 9. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; orders placed from it are treated as yours.

  10. 10. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

  11. 11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Lucknow.
