Shipping
Orders leave Lucknow within two working days of the payment being confirmed. Metro cities usually get them in 3 to 4 days, the rest of India in 5 to 7. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more, otherwise ₹99. We ship within India only for now.
When your order ships, the courier and tracking number appear on its page in your account.
Exchanges and refunds
Size exchanges are free within seven days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn with its tags on. Limited runs can be exchanged for another size but not returned for a refund.
If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, or a piece arrives damaged, we refund the full amount to the UPI account you paid from, usually within five working days.
Size guide
Every tee is cut oversized with a dropped shoulder. Take your usual size for a boxy fit, or one size down for a regular one. Measurements are of the garment laid flat, in inches.

Paying by UPI
- Place the order. Checkout shows a QR code, or an Open UPI app button on your phone, with the amount filled in.
- Pay from any UPI app. Your app shows a 12-digit reference number, called the UTR or UPI Ref No.
- Enter that number at checkout. We match it against our account, usually within a few hours, and your order moves to packing.
An order holds its pieces for 24 hours. If no payment arrives by then it cancels itself and nothing is charged. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.
Questions
- Why do I sign in with Google to order?
- So your orders, cart and wishlist are kept on your account and you can follow an order from any phone. We only receive your name and email address.
- Can I pay by card or cash on delivery?
- Not yet. Every order is paid by UPI, which works from any UPI app including GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM.
- I paid but closed the page before entering the UTR.
- Open your account, press Pay now on the order, and enter the 12-digit reference from your UPI app’s history. Don’t pay a second time.
- Will a sold-out piece come back?
- Limited runs are sixty pieces and are not reprinted. Other pieces are sometimes restocked. The newsletter hears first.
- How should I wash it?
- Cold, inside out, and dry in the shade. Hand-wash anything with Chikankari. Don’t iron over the print.
