Privacy policy

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture link. We don’t receive your Google password or anything else in your Google account.
• When you order: the delivery name, phone number and address you enter, the pieces you bought, and the UPI reference number (UTR) you give us.
• While you shop: your cart and wishlist, kept in your browser and, once you sign in, on your account.
• The newsletter: the email address you subscribe with.

We never see or store card numbers, bank details, UPI PINs or OTPs. You pay from your own UPI app, directly to our UPI account.

Why

To deliver your order, match your payment to it, contact you about it, handle exchanges, and keep your cart between visits. Newsletter addresses get drop and restock emails only. We don’t sell or rent personal data, and we don’t use advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

The courier gets the delivery name, phone and address for your parcel. Google handles sign-in. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it. Your cart, wishlist and newsletter subscription are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of everything we aren’t legally required to keep. Contact vaidandeayush.av@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 95790 68571 from the email address on your account. Signing out clears the cart and wishlist from that browser. You can also remove Nawaweeb’s access at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep you signed in, plus the short-lived cookies Google sign-in needs. Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
